PURCHASE TERMS — eSIMXplore
Last updated: 13 September 2026
1. Digital service. eSIMXplore sells digital eSIM mobile-data plans for travel. The exact destination, data allowance, validity, price, network information and activation conditions shown before payment form part of the purchase. Calls, SMS or other services are included only where the selected plan explicitly says so.
2. Order and payment. The final amount is shown before checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe using the payment methods available for the customer’s device and region. An order is accepted after successful payment confirmation.
3. Digital delivery. Installation details are normally made available within minutes after confirmed payment and, at the latest, within 48 hours. Delivery may be made through the private order area, email or another digital channel enabled on the website.
4. Activation and validity. Each plan has its own activation rule. Some plans begin when they first connect to a supported network; others may begin on installation or on another event stated before purchase. The provider’s technical status is used to determine activation, start date and usage.
5. Device compatibility. Before buying, the customer must check that the device supports eSIM, is network-unlocked, can install another eSIM profile and is compatible with the destination network.
6. Coverage and speed. Mobile service depends on local operators. Coverage, speed and availability can vary because of location, congestion, buildings, terrain, device capabilities and other external factors.
7. Customer responsibility. The customer must choose the correct destination and plan, enter a valid email address, keep installation details private and follow the setup instructions.
8. Changes, cancellations and refunds. The Refund Policy published on eSIMXplore applies to cancellations, unused eSIMs, technical faults, incorrect products and refund requests. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail where applicable.
9. Technical problems. Support may request reasonable diagnostic information and may first try configuration help, resending installation details, reissuing the eSIM, replacing the product or another equivalent solution before a refund is considered.
10. Fair use and misuse. Plans may be subject to network or fair-use rules disclosed with the product. Fraud, abusive refund requests, resale of installation credentials or attempts to use the service unlawfully may result in refusal or suspension where permitted.
11. Updates. These terms may be updated for future purchases. The version in force when the order is placed applies to that order, subject to mandatory law.
12. Activation and daily-plan speed management. Unless the selected plan states otherwise, validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at the destination. Daily plans may be subject to fair-use or speed-management rules after the high-speed daily allowance is consumed. Where the underlying plan applies it, the connection may continue at a reduced speed, including 1 Mbps. The exact network and technical conditions can vary by local operator and provider.
